The family home (photo, left), surrounded by rows and rows of Cotes-du-Rhone Villages vines, became a drawing (right), and then our logo (cover page)!
This large farmer's house (called bastides in Provence) saw its first walls erected during the XVIII century. Many parts of the original estate can still be seen. The bastide has then steadily been extended over the next centuries. Wine was produced there continuously until 1980. We hope to be renewing the tradition very soon...
Who we are
Georges R. Bristiel
A true ambassador for the French wines, Georges (65) started wine industry in the late 70s, when he joined the renowned producer and trading house Geisweiller in Nuits-Saint-Georges. Since then he has dedicated himself to making fine wines from France known all over the world, with a particular focus on Northern Europe and, more recently, Russia. Even though his area of particular expertise has always been Burgundy, he is also a Chevalier de l'Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne.
Christophe P. Bristiel
A Business School graduate, Christophe (38) is Sommelier-Conseil, a degree he gained at the Universite du Vin in Suze-la-Rousse (France) where he was taught the basics of viticulture, oenology and wine tasting. He has worked in Germany, the US and the Uk and now spends his time between France and South America, working hard to interlink both cultures!

As you can see, the next generation is already in training!
Alexandre and Aela in 2005, then 6 and 3 respectively, memorizing some of the aromas from Jean Lenoir's fabulous Le Nez du Vin. So, is it banana or strawberry?
